To "introduce" the U.S. Hwy 66 informal series, here is an "overview" of the journey. This "Through My Lens" series is informative and enjoyable. The narrator and his dad were able to make the journey together (something I wish I could have done, my Dad has been gone for almost 40 years).
For some undefined reason, my bias is towards beginning in the Chicago area and going southwestward, thus I would reverse order this if I ever get the chance.
